Obstacles and difficulty

Autumn Hills courses have logs, raised logs, ledges, bogs, deadfall and rock gardens. Juniper Rim courses have washes, ledges, fins, step-ups and sand.

Each obstacle is graded against your rig, in one of four classes:

• Easy: a stock rig gets through with a straight low-range crawl.
• Hard: a stock rig may need momentum or a different line.
• Upgrade: a stock rig can't pass, but an upgraded one can.
• Built: an upgraded rig can't pass, but a fully built one can.

Gentle, Standard and Rugged change how many obstacles of each class a course has and how big they are. Gentle has no Built obstacles.
